Dust sealing rings are important for protecting critical hydraulic equipment components.
Infiltration of dust not only causes wear, but also greatly damages the guide sleeve and piston rod. Impurities entering the hydraulic medium can also affect the function of operating valves and pumps, and in case of damage, these devices may also be damaged.

The dust ring can remove dust from the surface of the piston rod, but it does not damage the oil on the piston rod, which is also helpful for the lubrication of the seal.

Therefore, it is necessary to install a dust ring on the outside of the piston rod sealing ring, near the end face of the hydraulic cylinder.
