Buffering the impact pressure generated by the piston rod side of the hydraulic cylinder, relieving the back pressure and preventing the direct transmission of oil temperature to the sealing element, causing the sealing element to deteriorate, playing a buffering and slightly cooling role. Reduce the frictional resistance of the piston rod seal and the problem of seal sliding and heating during cylinder movement The main materials of SPRSEALS buffer rings and HBY are polyurethane and polytetrafluoroethylene, which are used in petroleum hydraulic oils and water ethylene glycol hydraulic oils, respectively. It can be said that the effect is very good in isolating high-temperature fluids and improving the durability of seals. The main feature of HBY buffer ring is that there is a slot on the sliding lip that can release back pressure. Don't underestimate this small slot, as it has a significant effect in eliminating pressure between the piston rod seal and the buffer ring. The other HBY of the SPRSEALS buffer ring has the same function, but the frictional resistance will be smaller, suitable for high-speed, extremely short stroke operations. Slots on non sliding surfaces can also release back pressure.
